Simon Ozolins is a multi-award-winning cinematographer and accomplished photographer. He has shot film and television for streamers that include Netflix, Amazon Prime, and SBS, winning several awards along the way and commercials for some of the world's biggest brands including Coca Cola, Nike and Visa.
He also has a significant reputation in the music video industry, winning a Golden Tripod for cinematography, and an ARIA for best music video. He has extensively used Leitz cinema lenses for his film-making work, and uses the Leica SL and M systems as an integral part of his photography and cinematography.
The first time I used a Leica I instantly knew it was the camera system for me. The design philosophy is simple, putting the photography first without any unnecessary complication.
